Clothing-optional and nude beaches in Algarve, Portugal

Algarve is one of Portugal’s top destinations for nudists, with three official nude beaches: Praia do Homem Nu (Tavira), Praia das Adegas (Odeceixe), and Ilha Deserta (Faro). There are also many informally clothing-optional stretches, such as Meia Praia in Lagos and Praia da Bordeira near Carrapateira, where naturism is tolerated in beautiful, often secluded, natural settings.
